Japanese-Inspired Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
